1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website notiveroz.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Notiveroz SpA, Tax ID (RUT) 76.831.245-9, with registered address at Av. Apoquindo 4700, Office 903, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Description of Service
Notiveroz is an educational portal that provides information, analysis and educational materials related to financial literacy and personal finance management, specifically oriented to the Chilean economic context. Published content is exclusively informational and educational in nature. Notiveroz is not a financial institution, is not regulated by the Financial Market Commission (CMF), and does not provide financial, investment, brokerage or personalized financial advisory services.
3. Exclusion of Financial Advice

The exchange rate data presented on the Site is for reference and educational purposes. Notiveroz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time updating of such data. 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of Santiago, Chile, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Notiveroz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site. Users will be notified of substantial changes through a prominent notice on the main page. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notiveroz SpA, its directors, employees and agents, from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
